Strivemindz Refund Policy

1. Payment Models

a. Dedicated Model

• Clients pay 100% upfront for dedicated developer or team engagements.
• Work begins only after payment is received.

b. Fixed-Cost Projects

• Billed on a weekly basis, with invoices paid upfront for each week.
• Work is scheduled based on receipt of payment.

c. Bucket Model

• Clients may purchase prepaid bucket hours for ongoing maintenance, support, or minor enhancements.
• Bucket hours are valid for the agreed duration and are non-transferable and non-refundable once work begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the event that Strivemindz fails to deliver agreed-upon services, and only for the undelivered portion of the project or service.

3. Refund Deductions

If a refund is approved:

• The refunded amount will be adjusted to deduct actual hours worked, based on logged efforts and resource utilization.
• In the case of bucket hours, used hours will be calculated and the remaining unused hours may be eligible for a partial refund (if no work has been started).

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change in project scope or cancellation by the client after project commencement.
• Delays or disruptions caused by client unavailability, lack of communication, or incomplete inputs.
• Bucket hours that have been fully or partially utilized.
• Satisfaction-related issues that fall outside of the mutually agreed deliverables.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund:

• Clients must submit a written request outlining the reason and any supporting documentation.
• Our management team will review the request, evaluate the efforts delivered, and determine the refund eligibility.
